From Oct. 25 to Nov. 15, Mr. Zhou Lijun, Board Chairman of CEM, visited Kazakhstan with his team. During the visit, the delegation visited Mangystau government, Kazakhstan Oil& Gas Company Ltd. Kazakhstan Ministry of Land and Resources. The governor of Mangystau state chaired the coordination meeting and site meeting for accelerating the related work regarding the oil field project, steel plant project with 400 hundred ton annual production, 1 million 200 hundred pieces of perforating bullet annual production and biotechnology project in Caspian Sea, which were all invested by CEM.

 During the visit, the delegation also had commercial discussion with Chairman of Azerbaijan International Bank, the biggest commercial bank in Azerbaijan, both parties had great communication and reach the consensuses about the cooperation.
