On June 18,2015, Mr. Yuan Zanting, Mayor of Lanzhou city, Mr. Niu Xiangdong, Vice Mayor of Lanzhou city, Mr.Gao Xinggui, Secretary General of Lanzhou city, and CEM China Chairman Mr.Zhou Lijun, Executive Director Li Zuoxiang, and Supervisor Chen Sizheng met in Lanzhou Hotel in Beijing.

During the meeting,both parties discussed the cooporation regarding the construction of Lanzhou Commodity Distribution Center on the silk-road economic belt, China-korea Intustrial Park,China-ukraine Industrial Park, China-kazakhstan Industrial Park, and China-russia Industrial Park etc..., and also had deep communication with the cooperation regarding the national stategy "one belt one road".
