Mr. Jiang Tan

　
Mr. Jiang is the professorate senior engineer, doctorial tutor, and cracking and acidizing expert. He has the bachelor degree in petroleum production engineering. Mr. Jiang enjoys "the Special Government Allowance" of the State Council, and worked as the vice chief engineer of CNODC
 
Mr. Jiang worked on the fracturing and acidizing technology for long time. The main scientific and technical achievement is "Complex Set of Technology of Shanshan Ultra-low Permeability Oilfield Development and Construction" and " Complete Set of Technology of High Efficiency Development of Low Permeability Oilfield". It is awarded the second prize of national scientific and technical progress; " the Testing and Application of Hydraulic Fracture" achieved the second prize of scientific and technical progress of Petroleum Industry Ministry.
 
Mr. Jiang was given the title of "Model Worker" of the group company in 1994, and in 1996, was voted to be the excellent communist of the central government institution from 1995~1996. In 1997, Mr. Jiang was awarded the "Grand Energy Prize" from Sunyueqi Science and Technology Education Fund , China Science and Technology Development Foundation.
