Mr. Zhang Rui


Mr. Zhang is the expert of the oilfield development, the professorate senior engineer, and the doctorial tutor. He worked as the vice chief engineer of China Petroleum Exploration Development Science Research Institute, and the director of the thermal recovery institute.
 
Mr. Zhang worked on the design and research of development scheme of different type of reservoir. He participated and was responsible for the organization of the design and execution of exploration and development scheme of Dongxin Oilfield- the first complex small block oilfield to be put into development. Mr. Zhang participated and organized the research of "the analysis of high and stable production of water flooding oilfield". It's the first time that Mr. Zhang proposed to prolong the stable production period of the oilfield, and put forward the proposal of effectual ways and technical methods of improving development effect such as adjusting the density, improving the flooding network, consistently improving the drainage volume etc. Mr. Zhang participated and organized the research of "evaluation method of the effect of water flooding oilfield development", and proposed the 18 evaluation ways of oilfield development effect. Mr. Zhang participated and organized the national "the seventh five" research breakthrough, "Heavy oil steam flooding recovery". He is the first person to propose the execution condition of effective steam flooding recovery.
 
Mr. Zhang acquired the third award of national scientific and technical progress, first and second prize of scientific and technical progress in ministry level each for one time. Mr. Zhang also published several theses, 3 professional monographs. In 1993, Mr. Zhang was given the title of expert with outstanding contribution for country and enjoys the special government allowance.
