Mr. Fang Hongchang

 
Mr. Fang is the professorate senior engineer and has been worked as the vice director, director of development department, China Petroleum Exploration Development Science Research Institute, and the vice chief engineer of China Petroleum Exploration Development Science Research Institute.

Mr. Fang has been worked on oilfield development, established the development scheme which was by using water injection method to keep the pressure to fulfill the high and stable production in Daqing Oilfield.
During his working in Jianghan Oilfield, Mr. Fang was responsible for the design and execution of the development scheme. During his working on the evaluation and research in the development of overseas oilfields, Mr. Fang made the reserve specification for CNODC, which meet the requirement of the overseas oilfield reserve evaluation and was promoted to spread. The specified standards and methods is accepted by the famous international reserve and property evaluation company such as D&M etc. and gained the honor for CNPC. Mr. Fang made great contribution during domestic and international oilfield development and planning work.
 
Mr. Fang achieved the first and third prize of national scientific and technical  progress each for one time, acquired the first and second prize of scientific and technical progress of Petroleum Ministry each for one time, gained the first prize of Research Institute for several times. Mr. Fang published several theses, wrote and edited up to 7 monographs. Mr. Fang enjoyed 'the Special Government Allowance" of the State Council, and was given the title of "Model Worker" in 1989.
