Mr. Liu Yufen   

     
 Mr. Liu is the expert of the oilfield development, the professorate senior engineer.
Mr. Liu worked as the director of geology office, Research institute of Daqing Oilfield, vice director of Geology Office, Jianghan Oilfield, Vice Director of development office, Beijing Petroleum Planning and Research Institute, Director of Geology Office and Vice Chief Geologist, Qinghai Petroleum Bureau, Manager of Exploration and Development Unit and Chief Geologist, Western South Ocean Petroleum Company, CNOOC. Director of Petroleum and Gas committee, the National Reserve Committee.  
 
Mr. Liu has been working on the research and production management of the oilfield exploration, oilfield geology, and oilfield development for long term. He has worked in different organizations such as Daqing Oilfield, Jianghan Oilfield, Qinghai Oilfield, Western South Ocean Petroleum Company, and Beijing Petroleum Exploration and Development Research Institute etc. He has brought the great contribution to the oilfield development and construction. His research about the clasolite reservoir zone achieved the National Invention Awards, The overall development scheme of Wei10-3 oilfield is awarded the third prize of national scientific and technical progress. Several projects such as the Oil and Gas Evaluation Area Choose Research of North Continental Shelf in South Ocean, Ya13-1 Gas Field Reserve Report, Development Scheme of Gasikule Oilfield etc. has achieved the first prize of the Group Company. Mr. Liu also published several theses, and corporately published "Development Mode of Oil Reservoir with Low Permeability Sandstone", "Development of Oilfield with Low Permeability Sandstone".
